Your privacy.

The information you share

For the No. 00 draw, we collect your first name, last name and email, and a referral code where applicable. A call request also includes your phone number, the piece you are interested in and your time zone, so that we can arrange our conversation.

When you buy, Stripe processes the payment and collects the details needed for your order and delivery. The Maison does not receive your full card number.

How do we use it?

To record your entry, run the draw, contact you about it, respond to your enquiries and manage your order. A call request does not reserve a number or trigger a payment. Contact details provided for the draw are not used for sales follow-ups.

Our services

We use Supabase for data, Resend for email, Stripe for payments and Hostinger for hosting. Internal notifications, including through Telegram, help the team handle requests. Access to contact details is limited to the people and providers involved in processing them.

Draw and enquiry data are kept until Strate 01 closes, then deleted or anonymised. Information needed to manage orders and meet record-keeping requirements is retained for those purposes.

Audience and advertising: your choice

The site remembers your language and privacy preferences. Umami measures visits and site interactions; the Meta pixel measures interactions related to our advertising. These tools are active by default on a first visit, unless you have already saved a refusal. You can turn them off separately in Cookie preferences. Your choice is stored for six months. Rejecting them does not prevent a purchase or draw entry.

Your rights and contact

To request access to, correction of, objection to processing of or erasure of your data, write to atelier@maisonstrataparis.com. The Maison responds within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr).
